Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecallers to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products/services and answer customer questions.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Prior telecalling, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
