Job Description
- Call fresh and existing customer leads
- Explain the company’s interior design services (home interiors, office interiors, modular kitchen, wardrobe, renovation, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and budget
- Schedule meetings, site visits, or calls with the design team
- Follow up with leads for conversion
- Maintain lead records in CRM / Excel
- Coordinate with the sales and design team
- Share company profile, portfolio, and quotations through WhatsApp/email
- Collect feedback and referrals from existing clients
Skill Set Set
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Telecalling / sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of interior design services
- CRM / Excel knowledge
