📌 Job Title: Telecaller – Vedhaar Ayurveda
📍 Location interview: Building No. B-46, Office No. B-05, Sector-2, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, UP
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives up to ₹10,000
About Us:
Vedhaar Ayurveda is a trusted Ayurvedic healthcare brand dedicated to providing natural wellness solutions and holistic healing experiences.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain Ayurvedic services/products to customers
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
- Understand customer needs and guide them accordingly
- Fix appointments and maintain customer records in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly targets and maintain good customer relationships
📌 Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Basic computer knowledge
