Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and hardworking Telecallers for an Ayurvedic Medicine company. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining Ayurvedic products, handling customer queries, and generating sales over calls. Good communication skills and convincing ability are important for this role.

  • Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain Ayurvedic medicine products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product-related information.
  • Convince customers and generate sales over calls.
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly.
  • Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
  • Build good relationships with customers and provide proper support.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling/sales targets.
