*Job Title:* Telecaller – Ayurvedic Medicine Sales

*Job Description:*

- Promote and sell Ayurvedic medicines, supplements, and wellness products via outbound and inbound calls

- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, dosage, and usage per company-approved scripts

- Convert leads from website, social media ads, and campaigns into paid orders

- Handle customer queries on orders, delivery, returns, and basic product guidance

- Maintain daily call targets and sales goals while ensuring ethical selling

*Skills and Qualifications:*

- 0-2 years experience in telecalling or sales, freshers can apply

- Good communication in Hindi, English + 1 regional language

- Basic understanding of Ayurveda terms like herbs, doshas, wellness is a plus but not mandatory

- Convincing skills and patience to handle objections

- Computer knowledge: CRM, Excel, WhatsApp for order updates

- Ability to work with targets and handle customer rejection positively

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Make 100-120 calls/day to leads and explain products like Chyawanprash, immunity boosters, joint pain oils, etc.

- Explain benefits without making medical cure claims or diagnosing diseases

- Collect order details, confirm payment mode, and update CRM

- Follow up on abandoned carts, COD confirmations, and repeat customers

- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products like herbal teas, capsules

- Escalate medical queries to in-house Ayurvedic doctor/consultant

- Ensure compliance with Ayush and FSSAI advertising guidelines

*Important Compliance:* No disease cure guarantees. Stick to approved product claims only. Example: say “helps support digestion” not “cures gastric problems”.
