Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote financial products and services over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan and financial solutions, following up with clients, and achieving sales targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Explain financial products such as:
• Business Loans
• Personal Loans
• Working Capital Loans
• Credit Card Services
• Insurance & Financial Solutions
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.
• Generate and maintain lead data.
• Follow up with interested clients regularly.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFC partners for application processing.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain proper call records and CRM updates.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company and financial industry guidelines.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of finance, loans, or banking products.
• Strong sales and negotiation ability.
• Comfortable with telecalling and customer handling.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
• Experience:
• Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in telesales, banking, finance, or loan process preferred.
