Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Generate leads and follow up regularly for conversions.
Maintain daily calling data and customer records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain proper communication with customers in a polite manner.
Schedule meetings or site visits (if required).
Coordinate with sales team for closing deals.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
Update CRM/Excel sheets with call status and remarks.
