• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain and update customer databases regularly
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls
• Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Qualifications:Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
