Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Bio Sil Laboratories. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for our company’s pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

 Meet with clients to understand their needs and promote suitable products and services.

 Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure client satisfaction.

 Prepare and deliver effective presentations to potential clients.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

 Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

 Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

 Participate in promotional activities and trade shows as required.

Requirements:

 Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Science background preferred).

 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Fresher can apply).

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Self-motivated and target-driven.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
