Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate📍 Location:Noida
💼 Experience:1 – 2 Years (Real Estate experience preferred)
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from company database
- Handle incoming inquiries related to real estate projects
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits for sales executives
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM system
- Follow up with interested clients for conversion
- 🎯 Key Skills Required:Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle client queries effectively
