Job Description

Vedic Essentials is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our natural products, and assisting with inquiries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote Vedic Essentials’ products.
  • Introduce and effectively communicate the benefits of our natural products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
