Job Title: Telecaller – Inbound Process
Job Location: Peeragarhi, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers for our inbound process. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer queries, and providing accurate information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while communicating
- Record customer interactions and update data in the system
- Escalate issues when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
Shift Details:
- Day Shift and Afternoon Shift available
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹11,000 to ₹17,000 per month
