Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive / Customer Support Executive to join our growing travel agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and respond to customer inquiries generated through Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Follow up with leads via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer travel requirements and assist them with suitable travel packages.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Provide end-to-end customer support from booking confirmation until the completion of the trip.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth travel experience for customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good telecalling and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or the travel industry is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
