About the Company
Censure Marketing Private Limited is a growing marketing and sales organization specializing in customer acquisition and insurance sales services. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our Life Insurance sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake
- outbound calls to prospective customers for Life Insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and premium plans to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/data sheets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with team leaders and managers for sales performance improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or insurance sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Experience
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Experience in Life Insurance or BFSI sector will be an added advantage.
