Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team in Palam, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling or sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi communication is preferred; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
