Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain Fouji Adda services, follow up with potential customers and update lead details in the CRM.


Responsibilities:

  • Call customers interested in cars, loans and related services
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
  • Follow up regularly and coordinate with the sales team
  • Maintain call records and lead status in CRM


Requirements:


  • Good Hindi communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
