Job Description – VISA Survey Executive (Outbound Process)

Location: Ramesh Nagar, Delhi

Process: VISA Survey Process (Outbound Calling)
Shift: Morning Shift
Working Days: 6 Days Working
Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound survey calls related to VISA processes/services
Interact with customers professionally and collect accurate responses
Handle customer queries effectively during calls
Maintain quality standards and achieve daily productivity targets
Update call records and survey details accurately in the system
Ensure proper communication and customer engagement throughout the process
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
Minimum experience in outbound calling/BPO process required
Prior survey or international process experience will be preferred
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge required
Only experienced candidates can apply
