Job Title: Fundraising Executive (NGO)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Fundraising Executives to join our NGO team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential donors, explaining our social initiatives, building donor relationships, and raising funds to support our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential donors through calls and follow-ups.
• Explain NGO projects, campaigns, and social impact initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term donor relationships.
• Achieve monthly fundraising targets.
• Maintain donor records and update data accurately.
• Coordinate with the fundraising team for campaign activities.
• Represent the NGO professionally and ethically.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to convince and engage donors.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or fundraising is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 0–3 Years
