Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, reaching out to potential or existing customers, providing information about products or services, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote products/services or gather customer information.
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales (if sales-based role).
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/database.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales.
Resolve customer complaints or issues and escalate if needed.
Maintain a polite and professional tone during all interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation is an advantage.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention languages as needed – e.g., Hindi, English, Tamil].
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
