Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Personal Loan SalesJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to promote and sell personal loan products over calls. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan features, and generating leads or closures.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
- Explain personal loan products, interest rates, and benefits
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (loan sales preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of banking/financial products is a plus
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
