Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telecalling / DSA Executive to generate leads, coordinate with DSAs, and convert prospects into successful business opportunities.

The role involves outbound calling, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain company products/services
• Coordinate and follow up with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) for lead generation
• Verify customer details and collect required documentation
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Provide timely updates to the reporting manager
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Maintain professional communication with customers and DSAs
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or DSA handling (preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems
