• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer inquiries and sales calls professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• RequirementsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to handle sales conversations confidently.
• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
