Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining clinic services, generating leads, booking appointments, and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally
- Explain clinic treatments, offers, and packages clearly
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Maintain proper customer database and call records
- Coordinate with clinic staff regarding appointments and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling
- Fluent in Hindi and basic English
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude and professional behavior
- QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
- ExperienceFresher or Experienced both can apply
