Job Description
Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader – BPO Sales to manage and lead a team of sales executives in our astrology process. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, team handling, and achieving targets.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Handle and manage a team of tele sales executives
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target achievement
- Train, motivate, and guide team members
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Ensure quality calls and adherence to company processes
- Improve team productivity and conversion ratio
- ✅ Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in BPO Sales (Team Handling)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Experience in telesales / outbound sales is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
