Job Description: Telemarketing ExecutiveLocation: Nirman Vihar, East Delhi | Experience: 0.6–2 Years
**We are NOT considering freshers for this role**
We are looking for a persuasive and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. Your primary role will be to reach out to potential customers, explain our offerings, and convert leads into appointments or sales.
Key Responsibilities:· Outbound Calling: Dial prospects from provided databases to introduce products/services.
· Lead Generation: Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
· Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer details in the CRM.
· Goal Achievement: Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and conversions.
Requirements:· Excellent communication and negotiation skills in [Language].
· Persistence and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
· Prior experience in tele-sales or debt collection is a plus.
Shift: Day Shift | Salary: Upto 3 LPA CTC
