Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. The Telesales Representative will handle outbound and inbound sales calls, build relationships with customers, and address inquiries to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include promoting company products, assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing quick and effective support to customers after sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers effectively
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience to provide high-quality assistance and maintain satisfaction
• Proven skills in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets consistently
• Training skills to educate customers about products and facilitate their decision-making
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Prior experience in sales or customer engagement is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
