Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, resolving queries, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Follow up with customers regularly.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Fluency in Hindi and/or English.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
