Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, CRM).

Ability to work under targets.
Problem-solving and customer service skills
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Receive inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call/sales targets.
Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department when needed.
Build and maintain positive customer relationship
