Job Description
Job Title:Telecaller / Relationship Executive – Loans & Channel Partnerships
Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Telecaller who can handle customer acquisition for retail/business loans and also onboard channel
partners (DSAs, connectors, brokers). The role involves outbound calling, lead conversion, and relationship building.
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Loan Sales (Primary Role)Call potential customers from provided databases/leads
- Explain loan products:
- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Home Loans
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
- Collect basic details (income, CIBIL, business profile, property details, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads for further processing
- Coordinate with internal sales/credit team for closures
2. Channel Partner Empanelment (Secondary Role)Identify and call potential channel partners (DSAs, brokers, CAs, property dealers)
- Explain partnership benefits and commission structure
- Onboard new partners and maintain database
- Build long-term relationships with partners
- Follow up regularly to generate business from partners
- 3. Follow-ups & ConversionRegular follow-ups with interested customers and partners
- Maintain call records and lead status in CRM/Excel
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Skills Required:Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic understanding of loan products (preferred, not mandatory)
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Ability to handle objections and rejections
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, calling tools)
- Experience:0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
- Prior experience in loan sales / telecalling / BFSI is a plus
