Business Development & Client Relations Executive
We are looking for a smart, proactive and well-spoken individual to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can manage client communication, sales follow-ups, lead generation and business coordination professionally.
Responsibilities:• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, Instagram & email
• Follow up with leads and potential clients
• Send quotations and product details
• Close sales and maintain strong client relationships
• Request and follow up on payments professionally
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders and dispatch updates
• Assist with email marketing and database management
• Maintain smooth day-to-day client communication at all times
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Confident speaking and client handling skills
• Organized, responsive and detail-oriented
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Gmail & WhatsApp Business
• Prior experience in telesales/client servicing/business development preferred
