Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Telesales Executive who can talk to customers over phone and explain loan offers in a simple and clear way. The candidate should convince customers to apply for loans and help them during the process.
Responsibilities
- Call customers and explain loan products.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.
- Convince customers to apply for loans.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and update data regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident in talking on calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales experience is a plus, but freshers can also apply.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
