Job Description
Hiring: Tele Sales Executive – Cargo & Transport Services
Location: 3rd Floor, ABS Tower, Near Mundka Metro Station (Gate No. 1), Delhi
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable) (to be discussed during interview)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in B2B & B2C transport/cargo/parcel services
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Promote cargo, freight, logistics, and transportation services to clients.
- Generate new business leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Understand client shipping requirements and provide suitable transport solutions.
- Prepare quotations, pricing details, and service proposals.
- Coordinate with operations and transport teams for shipment scheduling.
- Follow up on pending payments and documentation when required.
- Maintain customer databases and daily sales reports in CRM/software.
