Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
About Us
Prakritik Amrit Ayurveda is a trusted company dealing in Ayurvedic medicines. We help people improve their health through natural Ayurvedic treatments.
Job Summary
We are looking for friendly and hard-working Tele Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will talk to customers over the phone, explain our Ayurvedic medicines, and help them buy the right products for their health.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Call customers and answer calls from people interested in our medicines.
- Listen to customer health concerns politely and suggest the right Ayurvedic product.
- Explain the benefits and price of our medicines in simple words.
- Take orders from customers and record their details correctly.
- Follow up with old customers to check on their health and help them re-order.
- Maintain daily and monthly sales goals.
Requirements (Who Can Apply)
- Good speaking skills in Hindi or English (ability to talk clearly and politely).
- Basic knowledge of on call sales or customer support (freshers can also apply).
- Patient, polite, and eager to learn about Ayurvedic products.
- Minimum education: 12th pass or higher.
