Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and persuasive Telesales Executives to drive sales of healthcare equipment and biomedical waste management solutions. The role involves engaging potential clients over the phone, building relationships, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and contact customers through outbound calls.
- Sales Pitching Highlighting products and solutions clearly, showcase benefits and addressing customer needs.
- Customer Engagement & Management: Build Rapport, Answer Queries, and Maintain Professional Communication.
- Follow-ups: Track prospects, schedule callbacks, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- CRM Management: Update customer records, maintain call logs, and report progress to the sales manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service (Medical Equipment’s sales preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
- Familiarity with sales CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.

Education and Qualifications
- Graduate with proven telesales experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, healthcare sales preferred.
Salary & Compensation
- Base salary: 20k-25K based on the interview and the fit.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives and commission structure tied to monthly and quarterly targets.
