Personal Loan & Overdraft Executive / Relationship Officer

A Personal Loan and Overdraft Telecaller (based on roles in Noida/Delhi, May 2026) is responsible for making outbound calls to pitch financial products, generate leads, and close sales. Key duties include explaining loan/overdraft features, meeting daily/monthly targets, and maintaining customer records

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Actively call potential customers (cold calling) to introduce personal loan and overdraft facilities.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Explain product benefits (interest rates, limits) and convert prospects into closed loan deals.
• Key Responsibilities Generate leads for Personal Loans and Overdraft facilities.
• Meet customers to understand financial requirements.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and repayment options.
• Collect and verify customer documents.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

Eligibility

• 0–3 years experience in banking, NBFC, or financial sales
