Position: Business Development Manager – CA Partnerships

Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi (On-site)

Experience: 4–7 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to build and expand our Chartered Accountant (CA) partner network. The role involves acquiring, onboarding, and actively engaging CAs to distribute mutual fund products to their clients, thereby creating a valuable passive income opportunity for partners while strengthening our presence across Delhi NCR.


Key Responsibility Areas


  1. Acquire CA partners aggressively by identifying, approaching, and onboarding Chartered Accountants as mutual fund distribution partners.
  2. Drive partner activation by ensuring newly onboarded CAs begin distribution activities within the defined activation timeline.
  3. Manage retention and engagement through regular reviews, training sessions, and continuous relationship-building initiatives to keep partners active and motivated.
  4. Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline, including weekly tracking of prospecting and conversion metrics.
  5. Effectively position the long-term trail income and passive income opportunity available for CA partners.
  6. Conduct market mapping to identify CA clusters across Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, and adjoining areas in Delhi for targeted outreach and business development activities.


Desired Candidate Profile


  1. 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales or agency/channel sales, preferably involving Chartered Accountants, financial products, life insurance, or related financial services.
  2. Proven ability to build and manage a partner/advisor distribution channel from scratch.
  3. Strong “hunter” mindset with confidence in cold outreach, referral-based sourcing, and field sales activities.
  4. Excellent relationship management and communication skills, especially in dealing with professionals such as Chartered Accountants.
