Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ametro Cables products
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product information
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads
  • Maintain a database of customers and update CRM regularly
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cable products
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for order processing and delivery
  • Handle objections and resolve customer issues professionally
