Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecalling Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and promote cloud-based solutions through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to understand client requirements and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and close opportunities where applicable.
  • Explain the benefits of cloud services
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
