Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller / Telesales Executive for our Mahak enterprises (CNC & Laser Machine) company.

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and inquiries

• Follow-up with IndiaMART & WhatsApp leads

• Explain products to customers

• Maintain customer data in computer/Excel

• Coordinate with sales team

• Generate interested leads for sales


✅ Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good Hindi communication skills

• WhatsApp & calling handling

• MS Office basic knowledge

• Positive attitude & confidence


👩 Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidate preferred

• Fresher & experienced both can apply
