Telesales Executive

*Job Summary*

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who can handle outbound sales calls as well as occasional field visits to meet clients, close deals, and build strong customer relationships.

*Key Responsibilities*

Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales

Explain products/services and handle customer queries

Schedule and conduct field visits for interested prospects

Build and maintain relationships with clients

Achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales

*Requirements*

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in construction, interiors, or building materials)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

*Preferred Skills*

Experience in acoustic, interior, or construction-related products

Existing network with architects or contractors

Ability to understand technical product specifications
