Telesales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Telesales Executive who can handle end-to-end sales operations, from lead management to conversion and follow-ups. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, tech-savvy, and experienced in working with CRM systems and online sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion
• Manage and update leads in CRM software regularly
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential and existing clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products (Men’s & Women’s Garments)
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using MS Office tools
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English required)
• Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, basic reporting)
• Comfortable working on computer and internet-based tools
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
• Disciplined with follow-ups and time management

Candidate Profile (Important – Read Carefully):

• Basic understanding of garments/fashion industry is a plus
