• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle domestic and international flight ticket bookings.
• Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for fare updates and booking confirmations.
• Assist clients with travel-related queries and provide suitable travel solutions.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer databases.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding bookings and travel schedules.
• Provide excellent customer support and maintain professional communication.
• Handle GDS systems efficiently (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre preferred).
• Support visa, hotel, and travel package coordination whenever required.
• Required SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in flight ticketing and travel operations.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international routing and fares.
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidate from travel agency/tourism background preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Professional attitude with customer-centric approach.

SalaryBest: 25000 - 50,000
