Travel Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Booking & Planning: Research and book flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and tours for corporate or leisure travelers.
• Client Consultation: Evaluate client needs, preferences, and budgets to provide tailored travel recommendations.
• Itinerary Creation: Design detailed, cost-effective travel itineraries and travel packages.
• Documentation & Safety: Inform clients on travel regulations, required vaccinations, visa requirements, and safety protocols.
• Customer Support: Handle cancellations, modifications, and emergency situations (e.g., lost luggage, flight delays).

Key Requirements & Skills

• Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Technology Proficiency: Experience with booking systems (GDS) and MS Office.

Typical Qualifications
