Job Description
Gujral Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Ticketing Executive to join our growing team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency.
• Strong knowledge of Domestic & International Air Ticketing.
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre preferred).
• Ability to handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
• Knowledge of airline fare rules, routing, and ticketing procedures.
• Experience in handling both FIT and corporate travel bookings is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
