Job Description
We are looking for an Executive – Vendor Outsourcing (Purchase Operations) to manage Purchase Order (PO) creation and vendor coordination. The candidate should have experience in procurement operations, SAP, and Excel with strong attention to detail. The role involves creating and releasing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring timely execution of procurement activities. These responsibilities align with the JD provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP
- Verify pricing, quantity & delivery schedules
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Track open purchase orders
- Maintain procurement documentation
- Support invoice matching & procurement reporting
- Ensure procurement policy compliance
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in Procurement/Purchase Operations
- Knowledge of SAP ERP
- Good Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
