*Key Responsibilities:*

*Video Editing:*

- Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, YouTube, ads, and websites

- Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, music, and sound effects

- Create reels, shorts, promos, and client testimonials

- Ensure brand consistency across all video content

- Manage video assets and maintain organized files

*Graphic Design:*

- Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, and presentations

- Create marketing collaterals like flyers, standees, and pitch decks

- Develop brand identity elements - logos, color palettes, typography

- Edit photos and create thumbnails for videos

- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign visuals

*Requirements:*

- 1-3 years experience in video editing & graphic design

- Proficient in Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator

- Knowledge of Canva, Figma is a plus

- Strong sense of timing, aesthetics, and visual storytelling

- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Portfolio of previous work mandatory

*Good to Have:*

- Experience in real estate/marketing content

- Basic animation and motion graphics skills

- Knowledge of current social media trends
