Visa Counsellor – Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to assist clients with work visa applications. The candidate will guide clients through the visa process, explain documentation requirements, follow up on leads, and provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Counsel clients on work visa options and eligibility.
  • Explain visa process, required documents, fees, and timelines.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful clients.
  • Coordinate with the documentation team for application processing.
  • Maintain accurate client records and provide timely updates.
  • Achieve monthly counselling and sales targets.
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
