Job Description
Position: Back Office Executive (Warehouse & Customer Support)
Location: Mundka, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Handle incoming calls from customers, dealers, and transporters professionally.
Provide information regarding stock availability, dispatch status, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for smooth order processing and dispatch.
Verify system-generated buffer stock orders and identify any unnecessary or incorrect auto-generated orders for correction.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment, ledger, and billing-related customer queries.
Maintain accurate records in the ERP/WMS system.
Prepare daily reports related to stock movement, pending dispatches, and customer inquiries.
Ensure timely response to customer queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support other administrative and operational activities as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Experience in ERP/WMS software will be preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
