Wholesale Sales Associate

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store operations, product listings, and sales performance across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on Amazon,and other marketplaces
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to improve product performance
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and other office tools
• Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and deals planning
• Requirements:Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
• Strong command over English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)
