Job Description
Hiring: Works Manager /Assistant Works Manager(EV Automobile)📍 Location: Gurugram / Ghazipur
💰 Salary: As per Company Norms and experience
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day workshop and production operations.
- Ensure timely vehicle assembly, repairs, and service delivery.
- Lead production, quality, maintenance, and workshop teams.
- Monitor productivity, safety, inventory, and operational costs.
- Implement process improvements and ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate with planning, stores, and service departments.
- RequirementsDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in the Automobile/EV industry.
- Strong leadership, workshop management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of EV systems, production processes, and quality standards.
